**Administrator**

**Salary: £20-22k depending on experience.**

Levertech Engineering Services Ltd are looking for a Administrator to join our team to provide comprehensive and proactive administration support for electrical and mechanical projects.

This administration role would be to support the the directors and project managers to facilitate the smooth running of projects.

The day-to-day duties are reactive and listed below:

- Being the first point of contact for clients, suppliers and project Managers
- Ensuring client enquiries are dealt with correctly, efficiently and professionally.

Being responsible for works and ensuring a task is carried through until completion.
- Liaising with clients to arrange works at their sites.
- Scheduling and coordinating labour.
- Preparing official documentation in line with Levertech standards.
- Ensuring purchase orders and invoices are raised correctly and sent to clients.
- Managing client portals.

Maintaining effective storage of data and documents.
- Arranging travel and hotels for directors, project managers and engineers.
- Providing general administration support to directors and project managers.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to manage work effectively and can prioritise workload in a reactive situation.
- Be able to work off own initiative.
- Positive and professional telephone manner.
- Effective communication, both written and verbal.
- Intermediate Microsoft office (excel, word) skills.
- Numerate.
- Versatile and adaptable.
- Willing to learn.
- Able to work intrinsically as part of a team
- Ideally 2 years experience within an administration role. Within the construction or electrical industry would be advantageous.
