Responsibilities:

- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
- Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategies
- Create a safe learning environment for all students

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience working professionally with children
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
- Follow the safeguarding and behaviour management policies of the setting
