Before you read on, this isn't a commercial ground maintenance role, it's more than that. This job will never be boring, you'll realise that when you meet us.

If you're the person we're looking for you'll be friendly, really enthusiastic, and have a great attention to detail. You'll have really high standards of work and be able to manage a schedule unsupervised. Our team is looking for a Landscape Gardener to support and assist our existing customers with their gardens, but also clients with the aftercare of their new Fullers garden... The right person will be responsible for 4 major roles within our Lincolnshire based domestic landscaping company;
1. Completing garden maintenance to a high standard.

2. Assisting and support the landscaping teams with successful completion of landscaping projects.

3. Picking out planting required for new gardens, and advising on location of planting.

4. Complete small remedial works as part of our aftercare service

You will be provided with a work vehicle and all tools required to carry out garden maintenance, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, a work based pension and be eligible for our bonus scheme. You will require experience in soft landscaping and a driving license is essential.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

Be responsibility for driving to and from sites on a daily basis

Undertake various garden duties e.g.
- Maintain lawns and flowerbeds
- Undertake seasonal planting if required
- Carry out soil cultivation; digging, forking, mulching, watering, raking, weeding, edging, pruning.
- Sweep and clear leaves and debris from lawns, paths, steps, drains etc.
- Pressure wash patios, paths etc.
- All other gardening requirements

You will undertake loan working and follow the loan worker policy, operate a range of equipment i.e. various tools and machinery, as necessary and routinely check them for damage, oil levels etc and regularly maintain them. You will also assist our skilled landscaping teams as a labourer to complete landscaping projects.

**Salary**: From £10.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
