Activities Coordinator

I am working with a privately owned group who have a beautiful care home rated as ‘good’ in the Sleaford area. The home is an old vicarage based in beautiful, landscaped gardens which the residents really enjoy.
They are looking for someone to join their fantastic activities team, planning and providing activities for their residents.
Contribute to residents' well-being through thoughtful, personalised activities
* Ensure the activity calendar is uploaded to Facebook each week and is also visible around the home
* Ensure the monthly Newsletter is completed and is displayed around the home and posted onto social media
* Fund Raising so that residents can enjoy additional social events
Experience of planning and organising activities - previous experience in a similar role in a care home would be great
* The ability to be creative and enthusiastic
* Great computer skills
* A full UK driving licence and access to a car as this post is in a remote setting
