**37 hours per week**
**The Role**
To provide PA support to the MD, and the wider Board Team where required, ensuring their day to day working life runs as smoothly as possible.
- Plan, schedule and maintain the MD’s diary, understanding priorities to organise meetings, ensuring calendars run smoothly and time is focussed and maximised.
- Work quickly and effectively to anticipate potential pitfalls, find solutions, reprioritise, and adapt when the unexpected challenges plans.
- Corresponding with relevant stakeholder and following up on paperwork and relevant information
**Senior Leadership Team Reporting**
- Agree and maintain agendas for the monthly Senior Leadership Team meetings.
- Sorting, maintaining deadlines for contributions and ensuring these are met.
- Take minutes and track actions during and after meetings.
- Assisting in preparation and collation of Monthly Board papers
**Administration & Finance**
- Ensure transactional tasks are executed in a timely manner, collating, and submitting expenses on behalf of the MD, and working with finance colleagues to reconcile company credit card trTansactions.
- Authorise financial transactions via the company treasury system/s, observing strict internal controls.
- Travel and accommodation bookings to include administration of self-serve travel booking system.
- Provide occasional support on miscellaneous projects.
- Events
- Plan, organise and coordinate engagement events and activities for colleagues, clients, and investors.
- Source suitable venues and refreshments for meetings and events.
**IT**
- Work closely with HR & IT colleagues to onboard new senior staff members, ensuring kit is organised and appropriate levels of authority and access to sensitive information is applied accordingly.
**What you’ll need**
- Previous experience of supporting C-Suite management in a PA capacity.
- Experience of working across multiple time zones
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Highly organised, resourceful, and efficient.
- High level of self-governance and the ability to make practical, timely decisions, maintaining momentum within the Executive office.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain solid, effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident, professional, and approachable with a proactive and flexible attitude.
- Experience working in both hybrid and fully remote roles.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
