Joss Search is on the search for a driven, people-orientated recruiting manager to take on an exciting growth opportunity as Head of Europe for our growing European offering. The Head of Europe will head up a team of four collaborative and motivated recruitersand will coach, mentor, and develop them to grow their careers. You will spearhead strategic growth, have an appetite to bill and be passionate about quality and standards.

**Your package**:

We donate a percentage of each placement to BEAM a charity that uses crowdfunding to help people.
