**The Company**:
A multi-continental Project Developer with more than 40GW of operational projects across Wind, Solar and Battery Storage technologies. The business is currently developing a grid connection centre of excellence in Europe and require a Head of Grid Connection to lead the department and oversee the full suite of managerial and technical activities across their entire European project portfolio.

**The Role**:
**As Head of Grid Connection Europe, key duties include**:

- Lead the department and oversee the full suite of managerial and technical activities across their entire European project portfolio.
- Technical project management of grid connections
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, network operators (TSO/DNO) and other key stakeholders
- Drive the growth and development of the team across multiple international markets including the UK, Germany & Denmark.
- Report directly to the Global Head of Grid Connection

**The Person**:
**Requirements include**:

- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 10+ years’ experience in renewables and a very strong technical understanding of grid connection
- Broad knowledge of the European grid connection industry regarding TSOs, current market trends and new potential companies/suppliers to partner with.
- Natural leadership skills
