**Key Responsibilities**:
**Bid Writing and Support**:

- Assist the Bid Manager in developing written content for bids, proposals, and tender documents.
- Conduct research to gather relevant information and insights to support bid development.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather input and data for bid responses.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and solutions for bids.

**Message Alignment**:

- Ensure bid content aligns with Neo Technology's messaging, branding, and strategic goals.
- Tailor bid content to address the specific requirements and preferences of each bid opportunity.
- Assist in crafting compelling narratives that highlight Neo Technology's strengths and capabilities.

**Content Editing**:

- Review and edit bid content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and consistency.
- Work with the Bid Manager to refine and polish bid responses to meet high-quality standards.

**Bid Management Support**:

- Assist in managing bid timelines and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of all bid-related tasks.
- Support the Bid Manager in coordinating cross-functional teams and gathering necessary input for bid submissions.
- Help maintain bid documentation and records in accordance with organisational processes and procedures.

**Learning and Development**:

- Receive mentorship and guidance from the Bid Manager to develop bid writing skills and industry knowledge.
- Gain exposure to the full bid lifecycle, from opportunity identification to bid submission and post-submission activities.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance bid writing capabilities and professional development.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Passion for writing and a strong interest in pursuing a career in bid writing.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as English, Communications, Business, or a related discipline
