**HR Administrator (Part-Time)**

We’re looking for a part-time HR Administrator who can work 15 hours a week, spread over 3 days (2 of which will be office-based in White Waltham, Berkshire).

**The Role**

As our HR Administrator, you will be an important member of the operations team to support and assist within key areas of our HR function at MCS.

Working 15 hours a week, spread over 3 days (2 of which will be office-based), you will work across all facets of the HR Administration: from maintaining our HR system (Breathe) and advising managers on policies and procedures, to working with our HR Consultant and management team on initiatives and projects designed to support the development of our people and their success at MCS.

Working with our recruiter, you will assist with the recruitment and onboarding of every new hire, ensuring that at every stage everyone feels valued and has a seamless and positive experience.

Annual salary: £30,000 - £35,000.00 (pro-rata)

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
