**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Interaction**: Answering customer phone calls and providing support where necessary, ensuring high satisfaction and efficient problem resolution.

**Digital Marketing Support**: Using tools like Google Ads, Apollo.io, Facebook Ads & LinkedIn to assist in marketing efforts. (training provided)

**SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and Website Assistance**: Helping with website maintenance and basic SEO tasks to improve online visibility and traffic. (training provided)

**Reporting**: Compiling end-of-month reports for customers, offering insights into performance metrics and achievements. (training provided)

**General Office Tasks**: Performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the marketing department.

**Training and Development**: Participating in training programs to become proficient in desired tools and practices, with an eye towards future progression into a Digital Marketing Manager role.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate and execute marketing activities, including advertising, promotions, and events.
- Create and manage content for social media platforms, website, and other marketing channels.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and provide reports to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Support the marketing team in administrative tasks such as budget tracking, invoice processing, and scheduling meetings.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- No prior experience required, as comprehensive training will be provided.

- Familiarity with digital marketing principles and tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software.

**Salary**: £22.5k - Competitive, with potential for growth as skills and responsibilities increase
