**We are Hiring**

We are looking for **Technical Administrator** to join our growing team in our Grantham site.

The **Technical Administrator** must be able to work in a demanding environment, able to receive and analyse information quickly and able to input this information accurately into factory systems and/or reports.

They will be required to gather key management information and use this information to prepare both management and customer key performance indicator (KPI) reports.

Maintain office files in a manner in which they are easily accessible and accurate.

The role demands a degree of direct interface with customers: e.g. in following up customer complaints / relaying messages from customers to the technical team.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Essentials:_
- Advanced IT Literacy, including excel.
- Tenacity - self motivated and willing to challenge and confront issues / people in a constructive manner.
- Able to work with mínimal supervision and direction.
- Attention to detail.
- Desirable:_
- Food Industry Experience.
- Experience in Food Hygiene or Quality.
- Good standard of Education.
- Experience in producing factory specifications.
- Keen to progress and develop in role.
