**Job overview**:
The NCA are delighted to offer posts to join our maternity team as Maternity Tobacco Dependency Advisors. As one of our Maternity Tobacco Dependency Advisors you'll work alongside our midwifery team to provide women and birthing people with individualised smoking cessation support.

To succeed in this role you'll need to work flexibly across Rochdale and Oldham and be confident at communicating with women, birthing people and families.

**Main duties of the job**:
Provide intermediate smoking cessation support through pregnancy and the postnatal period.

Participate in educating women and birthing people about the benefits of stopping smoking in pregnancy.

Deliver carbon monoxide monitoring and engage with data collection.
