We are recruiting an enthusiastic and driven **Outbound Telesales representative **to start BT Local Business Coventry.

**About the role**:
You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality lead generation, identifying new business opportunities, and closing sales across BT's comprehensive range of industry-leading products and services. This role is busy and rewarding and your day will go by quickly
- Calling outbound to businesses in the SME sector.
- Sell BT's comprehensive range of industry-leading products and services.
- Manage & build strong customer relationships, completing the sale from first contact to contract signing.
- Populate CRM tools as appropriate. Provide a prompt positive customer experience.
- Ensure your customer orders are dealt with efficiently.
- Be part of one sales team, sharing ideas, knowledge and resources.
- You will receive ongoing coaching and support in your own development with a Graduation scheme.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
