**Contract: Temporary, 4 months with possible extension**
**Location: Greenwich**
**Pay Grade: SG5**
**Pay Rate: £15.96 p/h**

My client is looking for a dedicated and talented Student Wellbeing Administrator who will be able to adapt instantly to the role.

Please note this is a temporary role currently for 4 months, with a possibility of extension should the client require further support within their team.

**Role Overview**
- To provide administrative support to the Student Wellbeing Service (SWS) team, as required
- To provide a help desk service for students to access information, advice, guidance and book appointments for specialist support
- To take a lead role in developing and maintaining accurate data input records
- To promote and market the service effectively, focusing on the student experience.
- To take a lead role in ensuring students know about and engage with the Service, based on agreed annual targets
- To support the regular evaluation of Reasonable Adjustments processes, including examination arrangements.
- To represent the SWS team at Open Days, New Arrival and other student and staff events, as required
- To maintain appropriate data input and filing systems, including Shared Folders, as required
