Requirements of the Deputy Manager
Learning Disabilities
role
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or above
- Currently a Deputy Manager or Team Leader
- Experience of Learning Disabilities, Physical Disibilities or Complex Needs would be desirable
- Ability to manage shifts and support and mentor staff is important
- Positive attitude with a can do attitude
- Ability to administer medication
- Ability to write and update care plans
- Able to work flexible hours and be imaginative, self-reliant and practical
