1. Work to and achieve key performance targets, in line with budget profiles and conversion metrics.

2. Working closely with the Business Development and Compliance team, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality and robust enrolment experience to TRN Learners and employers.

3. In collaboration with the Business Development team, you will move their new business pipeline through the enrolment process.

4. Work with the Business Development team to coordinate and manage the referral process from established employer accounts.

5. Deliver pre-enrolment information sessions to prospective learners and their line managers and mentors on a 1-2-1 and group basis.

6. Ensure learners and line managers are fully informed of programme expectations, commitments, and outputs.

7. Provide effective information, advice and guidance to all learners and employers both prior to and during the enrolment process, actioning any queries as they arise.

8. Liaise with learners and line managers to book in information and enrolment sessions in a timely manner.

9. Discuss initial assessment requirements with learners and support learners to understand their importance and value.

10. Support learners through the enrolment process, ensuring all necessary quality and compliance documentation (electronic or web based) required for funders and other key stakeholders is completed, signed (where applicable) and first line checked and validated as error-free.

11. Maintain regular communications with learners and employers working proactively to keep them engaged and motivated through the process.

12. Monitor engagement and attendance of learners and employers and relay any issues back to Business Development team and any agreed stakeholders involved.

13. Working with the Compliance and Delivery teams, support the smooth transition of learners and employers from completion of the enrolment process to their induction and programme start.

14. Maintain accurate data and records with respect of a learner’s progress through the enrolment process.

15. Use effective reporting tools to provide employers with updates on learners and their progress through the enrolment process.

16. Report on monthly enrolment outputs and progress.

17. To attend and participate in meetings.

18. Represent the business at key stakeholder events, marketing and promoting the Company in a positive image, being able to respond to business opportunities.

25. To participate in the staff supervision, appraisal and development system and agree objectives with the line manager and ensure they are achieved.

26. To plan and prioritise own workload to ensure positive outcomes and work to a consistently high standard.

27. To comply with all company values, policies, procedures and codes of conduct.

28. Undertake such duties as may be required commensurate with the level of responsibility and nature of the job in discussion with your line manager or directors of the Company.

**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year
