Kristian Allan is an independent, family run sales, lettings and property management business based in Bury. We pride ourselves on our fresh and honest approach with customer service being an important aspect of our business.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic administrator to help keep our busy office running smoothly. You must have experience working within a fast-paced environment and be a quick learner with a great sense of humour.

The contract is to cover maternity leave however permanent employment is a strong possibility at the end of the fixed term due to continuing expansion.

You must be efficient in English writing and literature including the formatting of letters. Your attention to detail needs to be excellent and you should have a proficient and polite telephone manner.

The Role:
Your role will be to support the sales and lettings team with general administrative duties and to also conduct viewings on our properties therefore access to your own vehicle is essential. The role is a challenging, diverse and rewarding one.

**Duties**:

- Diary management
- Conducting accompanied viewings
- Completing property inventories and inspections
- Tenant referencing
- Taking reports of maintenance issues and allocating out to contractors

The Person:
We are looking for a loyal, hardworking and driven individual. Someone who has the ability to think outside of the box and who can multitask.

The Hours:
Monday - Friday 8.45am until 5pm. Saturdays 9am until 3pm on a shared rota system typically 1 in 3.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
