Part-time Bookkeeper

Role: Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant
**Salary**: £12,500 - £14,000 per annum
Hours: Part-time - Negotiable 16-20 Hours a Week
Location: Londonderry
Holiday: Based on Hours

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Track payroll and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Prepare financial reports for management review
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Collaborate with our accounting team to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Perform other related duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Sage (Sage 50 Preferably)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certification (e.g., Certified Bookkeeper) is a plus
- Schedule: Part-Time (Flexible hours, approximately 16-20 hours per week)
