Customer Service Executive

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Executive to join a well-established, family-run SME based in Worcester.
As a Customer Service Executive you will will act as a liaison, provide product information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.Key duties and responsibilities....
- Monitoring Customer Service Inbox and sorting the queries
- Providing ETA’s on customer orders
- Amending customer orders
- Arranging customer collections, returns & credits
- Sample requests from the sales team
**Requirements**:
- Hungry, humble and smart
- Good and positive attitude
- Confidence in speaking on the phone
- Thinking of others
- Eager to progress through learning
- Supportive attitude to all work colleagues
- Team player
- People skills are very important
**Hours**: Full Time - 07.00 - 17.00 / Monday / Friday
**Benefits**:
- Salary of £20,000 - £25,000
- Pension + 23 Days Holiday.
