Role Description
As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth of brands within the category portfolio to drive competitive advantage, profitable growth, increase brand value and maximise return on marketing investment for Pilgrim's Food Masters.
We are looking for a commercially minded Brand Manager to drive our core portfolio performance. We need a highly analytical individual who can identify opportunities and risks using category, competitor and consumer insight to inform decisions, and make recommendationson our portfolio management using the 4Ps.
This role is a hybrid role and you will be required to attend the office 2/3 times a week at our Head Office in Staines.
Key Accountabilities
- Business strategy opportunities and assessment - understanding market and category dynamics for brands. Able to provide supporting analysis
- Brand positioning and strategic mix planning - provide goals and strategy that builds brand equity and profitability
- Take to market integrated activation and planning - involved in the development of integrated 1 year activation plans, addressing growth opportunities to maximise our POP impact
- Execution and evaluation - fluid, coherent and dynamic execution of plans, intelligent monitoring of the impact of consumer, customer and shopper experience
Skills and Experience
- Communicates effectively with all stakeholders
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritise resources and activities.
- Identify and craft meaningful category, consumer, shopper and competitor behaviour and needs into insights that drive opportunities for the brand.
- Make portfolio recommendations whilst considering the commercial impact of these decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Compelling selling techniques to convince stakeholders of your solutions
