Client Services Assistant

**The Post and team**
We are excited to announce a new post for the firm, growing our recently created Client Services Team. Initially focusing on the key onboarding processes for our clients across multiple areas of the firm, this role will include initial communications with prospective clients to ensure smooth opening of new matters whilst prioritising excellent client car and full compliance with the firm’s regulatory requirements.
**Main Duties**
Main duties for this position will include:
- Ensuring excellent levels of client service are maintained at all times to prospective and existing clients;
- Attending to clients and potential clients on the phone (and on occasions, face to face), quoting for services, taking messages and arranging appointments as necessary;
- Gathering appropriate details and paperwork required for onboarding processes, opening the matters in the firm’s client management system;
- Obtaining appropriate ID documents to ensure client matters opened comply with the firm’s regulatory requirements;
- Liaising with third parties, such as Estate Agents, as well as our internal teams.
- Good IT and internet skills, including effective use of Office 365;
- The ability to learn how to use multiple client management systems;
- Impeccable attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills and a professional client facing attitude;
- The ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure; and
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
**About Leathes Prior**
Leathes Prior has four offices in excellent locations in Norwich, two in the centre of Tombland and two based in the picturesque Cathedral Close. We are a full-service law firm, (established over 140 years ago). We are growing and currently have over 120 staff in total.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 35 per week
**Salary**: £21,500.00-£23,000.00 per year
