They provide a wide range of clinical services, specialist services (including cardiac, cancer, musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation) medical education, training, and research.

**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- Schedule and book appointments on EPR and communicate details to patients.
- Review the admissions one week ahead to ensure that the appointment calendar and EPR both matches.
- Obtain notes for the clinic and track these to the DCU on EPR
- Place notes for all patients in the prescription tray at least one week prior to the clinic. Liaise with the pharmacist to ensure that prescriptions are ready in time for the patient’s appointment.
- Ensure notes have patient labels and wrist bands printed.

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Previous administrative experience
- Excellent telephone manner
