**Key Areas of Responsibility**:
**Recruitment Administration**
- Supporting managers with recruitment requirements, advertising external vacancies via Indeed as directed by the Group HR Manager. Also compiling internal adverts for factory.
- Contact successful applicants for interview, notify unsuccessful applicants via Indeed portal.
- Prepare offer letters and contracts for new employees.
- Update Time & Attendance (T&A) system with new start details, liaising with payroll department.
- Assist Factory with Immigration/Right to Work checks and maintenance of records.

**Training Administration**
- Being a point of contact for external training company (Polaris) regarding visits and signing off progress sheets.

**Absence Management**
- Support Production managers with short-term / long-term absence e.g. unauthorised absence, Occupational Health referrals.
- Take minutes during absence meetings and compile follow up letters.
- Support managers with quarterly absence review and note-take in investigations/disciplinaries, prepare necessary outcome letters.

**Miscellaneous**
- Compile various Company letters e.g. Confirmation of Employment for employee bank, mortgage enquiries.
- Support line managers and supervisors with Disciplinary and Grievance procedures alongside Group HR Manager and external Employment Law Advisor.
- Management of T&A system, utilising various reports to present relative business data as and when required.
- Management of holiday forms, inputting dates into T&A and shared Outlook calendar.
- Ensuring all employee probationary periods are reviewed by managers and letters sent on time.
- Maintenance and issue of job descriptions and letters for internal promotions, as directed by the Factory.
- Wide and varied administration duties for example filing of employee paperwork.
- Various project work as directed by the Group HR Manager.
