An Office Administrator is required for our client based in Ringwood. You will be responsible for all general administration, reception duties and support the management team. The working hours for the role are 32 hours, 4 days per week.

The salary for this role is £19,200 based on a 32 hour week. Full time equivalent is £24,000.

Main responsibilities:

- Maintain the reception desk by answering and screening telephone calls
- Be the first point of contact for all visitors
- Daily entry of sales orders and goods received
- Deal with documentation tasks such as archiving, scanning and filing of sales orders and supplier notes
- Arrange all the FedEx collections of customer deliveries on the online portal
- Ordering the office stationary and checking of the inventory
- Organise events such as the Christmas party and raffle
- General ad hoc tasks for the Financial Director and Finance team
- Assist with holiday cover when the Finance / HR team is on leave with duties such as sales invoicing and reporting
- Liaise with operational departments providing information when required

Skills required:

- Previous experience within a similar role of providing general Administration duties
- Some experience of working within the financial sector is desirable but not essential
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programmes
- Able to deal with confidential information
- Ensure all information is entered with complete accuracy
- Effective communication both written and verbal
