Stone Create, a leading digital marketing agency, is seeking a meticulous and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team in Samlesbury. This role is crucial for someone who is adept at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and can deliver with precision and efficiency. We are easily accessible by car with our spacious and rural office space situated just off the M6 at Junction 31.

**Key responsibilities**

Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks, including scheduling, client communications, and general office management.

Handle financial administration such as invoicing, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records of credit card statements.

Provide thorough and attentive support to our team, ensuring that all administrative duties are completed on time and to a high standard.

Organise and maintain calendars for the management team, schedule meetings and coordinate office activities.

Serve as the first point of contact for client queries, routing communications appropriately within the team.

**What you’ll need**

The role is fast paced, and we need you to have strong multi-tasking abilities along with confident communication skills and an easy ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues.

You will need to be exceptionally organised in your work and have a keen eye for detail.

You will have proven experience in office administration, particularly within a busy office environment.

You will have experience handling finance related administrative tasks.

You will have strong capability to work independently and as part of a team, managing tasks with mínimal supervision.

You must have a valid driving licence and own a vehicle, as our office location requires commuting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £24,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
