We require an **Office Administrator** to join our Reception & Training Team in our office base on Tulketh Brow, Preston.** **In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £9.50 per hour, plus benefits including pension, flexible holidays and shopping discounts.

We are a registered charity of over 30 years standing, which provides support to a wide range of people with learning disabilities, mental health needs and physical disabilities in the local community.

**Office Administrator Duties**:

- Administration around the delivery of the training programme;
- including booking training;
- notifying staff and setting up the training room for training delivery;
- together with the recording of training, maintenance of training data
- and production of management information reports.
- In addition, the post holder will be a member of the reception team;
- Being expected to handle visitor and telephone enquiries;
- Invoicing, photocopying and assisting with recruitment administration duties;
- Finally, keeping the office clean and tidy and assist with any general office duties.

**As our Office Administrator you will need**:

- Experience of front-line reception duties
- Experience of creating and interrogating databases
