Denplan Training Coordinator

Liverpool, United Kingdom Simplyhealth Full time

We're looking for a **Training Coordinator** to join the Denplan Client Training team in a full-time, 12-month role.

Denplan is the UK's leading dental payment plan provider, designed to make looking after dental health easy and affordable. Denplan has been part of Simplyhealth since 2011. You'll be joining our established Denplan training team, who support our member dental practices’ employees with their continuous professional development (CPD) through the delivery of our portfolio of training courses.

Your overarching responsibility will be providing a variety of coordination support to the Training Academy team. This includes: booking and organising trainings; creating promotional material; recording CPD; and supporting trainers at online and in-person training events. You’ll be the office point of contact for the academy, handling incoming Training Academy team queries, whether that be from dentists, practice managers, or from internal contacts including Trainers.

This opportunity will appeal to you if you enjoy a varied role; utilising your organisation skills and initiative; plus, if you’d like to gain exposure in Training.

**We’re interested in what you do and how you do things, not when and where you do them. Our**
**‘smart working’ approach gives you the best of all worlds - working from home, in our modern offices in Hampshire or on the move. This means depending on your role, there will be opportunities to flex when and where you spend your time to perform at your very best.**
**For many of us this means day to day work can be handled remotely, but there will also be times when we need to come together in the office to collaborate, attend training sessions, induction, briefings and more. You might know it as flexible or hybrid working, for us it’s just another day living our best lives**
- We’d like to hear from you if you can evidence the **attention to detail** and **organisational skills** required for this busy Coordinator role.
- You’ll bring previous administration/coordination experience, and good IT competence with Outlook and Microsoft Office packages.
- You’ll be a strong verbal and written **communicator** with an eye for **accuracy**, which you’ll need to carry out responsibilities that include writing training marketing material copy, recording of training data, etc.
- Previous knowledge of Denplan or the wider dental industry is beneficial, as is previous experience within Training.
- As part of a remote team, whilst of your work can be done from home, you’ll be flexible to **travel** across the UK for trainings, events and team meetings where required.

**In return, you'll enjoy**:

- 36 days holiday (including 8 bank holidays) with an option to buy or sell a further 5 days
- A yearly company funded allowance of £600 that you can choose to use to either upgrade an existing benefit (your health plan or dental plan for example) or you can use this as a spending pot towards personal development or health and wellbeing New pair of running shoes? Want to pay for a language course? The world is your oyster
- Simplyhealth core product choice: Cash plan or Dental plan, on us
- A pension scheme with 6% from us, a minimum 3% from you with the option to increase or decrease when you join. If you choose to contribute 4% or above we will add a further 4% (taking our contribution to 10%)
- 4 x Life Assurance
- And so much more
- Pre-set video interview
- Verbal and numerical aptitude test
- Competency style interview
- Role Play
- Presentation
- Working styles questionnaire
