Role & Responsibilities:
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will provide advice and guidance on a range of people areas.

As HR Advisor, you will provide guidance and support to line managers. This is an employee relations focused role with a variety of project work to become involved and support in.

What’s involved:

- Coach and support line managers to ensure understanding and correct implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Advise on some complex ER case work.
- Advise on appropriate processes including performance management, disciplinary, grievance and absence management.
- Support and manage HR KPI’s and data.
- Assist with implementing and developing HR policies, practices, and procedures.
- Support in the development of strong communication with staff to support employee engagement.

Qualifications and Experience:

- CIPD Level 5 Qualified - Essential
- A minimum of three years experience at Advisor level
- Experience of advising managers on internal policies & procedures
- Up to date knowledge of employment law
- Experience of advising managers on ER cases
