**Internal Communications Manager - Dalcour Maclaren, Bicester Office**

Dalcour Maclaren are one of the largest professional services providers to the utilities, infrastructure and renewables sector in the UK with over 400 staff operating from 14 strategically located offices located across the UK and ROI.

As our **Internal Communications Manager** you will:

- plan and deliver the employee engagement and internal communications strategy to keep our people informed, engaged and aligned to the business strategy
- plan, budget and deliver whole company events
- develop new and innovative ways to engage with employees including seeking and acting on their feedback to identify the most effective methods, working with the senior leaders to support their employee engagement work
- collaborate with the teams and offices to ensure that the content of their Intranet pages is accurate, relevant and engaging. Provide support and ensure that best practice is applied across the board
- collaborate with the Marketing team to identify the most appropriate channels of communication and support the creation of visual content
- coordinate and evaluate the effectiveness of the engagement strategy by developing KPIs. Liaise with the Head of People to readjust accordingly if/when required
- work closely with the Marketing team to ensure that internal and external communications are aligned
- have a proven background in employee engagement and internal communication
- have excellent business partnering skills to work closely with senior leadership to create action plans, instil and maintain momentum
- be an excellent writer, with the ability to compose a variety of communications and styles
- possess strong event management experience
- be able to demonstrate innovative practices that take calculated risks
- be a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- have strong project management, communication, organisation and collaboration skills
- be experienced working under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
