Job Overview:

This exciting new role is for the position of Automotive Cybersecurity manager within the Arm Quality Group. You will work with a fast-growing and strong team, ensuring the safety of best-in-class products for one of the most extraordinary and successful companies

Responsibilities:

You will support Arm Automotive projects from early development to successful assessment and certification. This will involve working closely with engineering, product security, and functional safety experts. As an owner of the Automotive Cybersecurity framework in Arm, you will have the unique opportunity to establish an aligned and seamless workflow between the multiple subject areas and requirements. You will help the teams to develop robust development processes, achieving efficiency and excellence across Arm solutions, hardware, and software.

As part of your role, you will lead all aspects of Automotive Cybersecurity assessments, conduct internal audits, and drive open actions to closure, meeting Arm customer requirements and industry standards. You will foster a cybersecurity culture, deliver cybersecurity training, manage risks, and monitor performance. You will communicate cybersecurity progress to various team members and Arm leadership.

Required Skills and Experience :
  • Practical Knowledge of product cybersecurity standards applicable to the Automotive Industry (e.g., ISO21434, SAE J3061, UN R155, ASPICE for Cybersecurity)
  • Experience in performing audits in Automotive Cybersecurity, Safety, or Quality for at least three years, experience in facilitating root cause analyses, applying, facilitating, and guiding quality processes and methodologies.
  • Ability to produce and review automotive grade processes, work products, and templates, providing the teams with opportunities for improvement, training, and driving noncompliance to closure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to help develop relationships and network with internal customers and champion quality, safety, and cybersecurity culture.
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :
  • Experience with one or more functional safety standards such as ISO 26262, IEC 61508, EN 5012X, DO-254, DO-178C, etc.
  • Automotive SPICE Assessor accreditation.
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Automotive Cybersecurity Professional (CASP)
