**As a Social Media Executive** you will be a key player in managing the execution of projects for our portfolio of hearing care and ENT clinics in the USA and Canada.

Our mission is to provide innovative digital solutions that help our clients reach their audience and meet their goals.

In an industry facing numerous external challenges, our clients are at the forefront, driving change and shaping the future. As a trusted partner to these elite clinics, we develop their marketing strategies, provide solutions to their business challenges, and implement high-performing campaigns (digital and offline).

**This includes**:

- **Develop and execute social media strategies for our clients,** with a focus on increasing engagement and building brand awareness.
- **Create and curate content**, including feature images and videos, for social media platforms, ensuring they are visually appealing and in line with brand guidelines.
- **Use scheduling software** and content calendars to manage and publish content.
- **Manage the backend of Facebook **and Facebook Business Manager, including creating and managing ad campaigns.
- **Collaborate** with other members of the marketing team to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to digital marketing.
- **Stay up-to-date** with the latest trends and developments in social media and digital marketing, and bring new ideas and approaches to the table.
- **Continually evaluate and refine** social media strategies to ensure they are effective and achieve desired results.
