This is a full time - permanent role, 40 hours per week, based in Darlington (UK). Occasional travel across the UK is required for the success of this position at a Salary of £22,700.00 per annum.

**Responsibilities**:
Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, you will:

- Resolve day to day customer service enquiries, issues, and complaints, escalating as appropriate.
- Ensure all employee data is entered into the HR systems in a timely, accurate and consistent manner, to agreed standards and targets.
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle transactional processes, including new starters, movers, leavers, pay changes, special leave types, sickness administration and compensation and benefit administration for all employees and managers.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Maintaining and updating training database records.
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics.
- Note taking in Employee Relations meetings.
- Supporting the wider HR team with ad hoc HR projects.
- Maintain effective communication with all levels of the business and establish effective relationships with key members of the business.
- Any other duties specified by the HR leadership.

- Experience of working in a fast paced administrative role.
- Strong IT skills, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Good attention to detail with the ability to work to deadlines.
- A team player with the ability to work closely and collaboratively with colleagues with the wider Human Resources & ANABAS team.
- Articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to learn and develop personal skills, with a progressive mindset.
- Willing to be vetted in line with BS:7858
- Flexible to meet the needs of the business.
- Able to travel UK wide, with overnight stays as required.
