The Digital Marketing Specialist - SEM is a permanent role on a balances working basis - remotely and in our central London offices.

Working in a dynamic, creative and highly collaborative central digital marketing team, the Digital Marketing Specialist - SEM will create, implement, and optimise successful SEM strategies across Informa Tech’s media, events, research and training products.

They will create individual SEM strategies and deliver campaigns which significantly improve the brand’s reach amongst a variety of tech and telecoms communities, increase Informa Tech’s marketable data universe and maximise direct conversions and qualified client leads.

They will actively optimise campaigns and lead on tracking and reporting, providing insights to enhance campaign performance, and set accurate benchmarks for future campaigns.

**Qualifications**
- Technical SEM/Paid Social knowledge and experience - Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn and related ad platforms
- Strategic - creating SEM strategies aligned to overarching marketing objectives
- SEM campaign setup and optimisation, including remarketing
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, UTM building and related tracking technologies
- Analytical - ability to recreate successful campaigns and optimise sub-optimal campaigns
- Analysis of campaign effectiveness, including ROI
- Digital marketing innovation - staying up to date with latest SEM tools, platforms, and important algorithm changes
- Extensive experience creating and implementing successful lead generation and audience build campaigns via SEM
- Experience in building successful conversion campaigns via SEM, ie: free/paid event/training attendees, paid research subscribers etc
- Proven experience in analysing audience data, traffic analytics and channel performance, and recommending improvements
- Knowledge of SEMRush, Ahrefs and related tools
- B2B SEM experience a bonus
