The **Learning Administrator **will provide learning admin learning support and procurement activity for all new learning requests; supporting 3rd party vendor bookings, including all course & enrolment activities via Workday (LMS). Also supports with governance activity to track and progress projects via the roadmap from project initiation through to completion, maintaining overall learning & governance principles.

**What you'll be doing...**
- Assigns new learning requests via L&D front door to applicable L&D Owner
- Management and coordination of tasks pertinent to the booking of 3rd party courses, including vendor onboarding, raising PO's, course management and delegate enrolments on to LMS (Workday)
- Provides support with L&D ‘Contact us’ enquires via the 'Contact Us' front door, helping learners with their enquiry
- Maintain overall learning request and contact us processes, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy of steps is adhered
- Finance tracking and overall management of L&D spend
- Raise PO’s, credit card payments and onboard or unblock new / existing suppliers
- Maintain day to day Governance processes, ensuring overall efficiencies and processes are adhered. Inclusive of, team adherence of the project lifecycle and SharePoint library governance principles
- Highlight with the project owner and Governance specialist, any projects on the roadmap which are not on track and those which are still awaiting action
- Coordinate and collate weekly / monthly project updates to share with key stakeholders
- Support Governance and Planning Manager with ad-hoc projects and tasks
- Coordinate the activity of any printing and merchandise requirements for the team and wider frontline delivery teams

**What we need from you...**
- Experience in a learning or development support role desired but not essential
- Must use your initiative and be self-sufficient
- Strong IT skills - Microsoft Excel, Share-point 365 and internal IT systems
- Must have highly effective organisation skills
