Client Partnerships Executive

The Client Partnership Executive will work closely with the Client Partnerships Director to ensure the smooth running of projects and deliverables to Consumer Insights clients. This will involve working closely with internal delivery & technical teams on scheduling and priorities, whilst also liaising with external client stakeholders to ensure our teams have accurate information to work from.- You’ll play a key role in ensuring we’re meeting all client SLAs and internal reliability goals, whilst supporting on improving delivery efficiency by identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.- If you’re highly organised and looking for opportunities to expand you stakeholder management skills in a high-growth, ambitious, data-driven environment, then this is the right role for you.Key Responsibilities
**Sales & Client Management (60%)**
- Collaborate with the Client Partnership Director to price insight requests, support upsells, and manage client accounts. Establish and maintain effective client relationships, acting as the first line of support and communication. Generate leads, update stakeholders on deliverables, and ensure SLAs are met. Handle invoice queries and manage relevant stakeholders.
**Internal Management (25%)**
- Manage client deliverables in Jira, oversee contracts and sales operations, and capture client feedback for product development. Collaborate with delivery teams to mitigate risks and support sales collateral creation. Develop case studies of best practices and big wins.
**Governance & Other (15%)**
- Schedule and shape content for client governance sessions, circulate agendas and notes, and report on internal client performance KPIs. Ensure compliance with Reward’s values, policies, and industry guidelines.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- At least three years working in a project management / client management role.
- Experience of working in an agile environment and using Jira/Atlassian software.
- Good communication skills.
- Highly organized.
- Good level of data literacy, able to understand & articulate complex data issues to non-technical audiences.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic, positive attitude that values entrepreneurialism and results.
- Confident and calm under pressure, adaptive to changes, with a positive can-do attitude, demonstrating resilience in navigating changes, objections, and escalations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint
