**Internal Sales**

**The Role**
- Provide additional support to the product team as needed.
- Support the Business Area customers with quotations and technical data using the appropriate communication channels.
- Visit Suppliers where appropriate.
- Attend training courses either in house or at supplier’s premises, sometimes involving overseas visits.
- Act as the front-line technical advisor and support for agreed product lines.
- Continuously update and maintain the company CRM system as required with new customers leads, activity, opportunities etc.
- Monitor your open quotations and action or prompt external sales where necessary.
- Liaise with external sales and agree ownership of lower value opportunities. Monitor the opportunity through to closing.
- Visit Customers with Salespeople to develop relationships.

**Essential Criteria**
- At least 1 year + experience in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated
- Experience in using all Microsoft packages
- Strong persuasion skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
