Job Description:
Position: Sales Order Administrator

Location: Dungannon

Reporting to: International Sales Director

This important job role will provide administration support to the Dungannon Order & Sales Support Team and requires the professional handling of customer orders and enquiries, ensuring high quality customer service is maintained at all times. The job holder will be responsible for managing multiple tasks including order administration for multi-brand equipment manufactured in Dungannon covering enquiries, sales orders, order acknowledgements, and maintaining sales reporting databases.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Sales Order Processing - Machines
- Sales Order Processing using TMS Oracle ERP system for machines ensuring that the business continues to transact in full compliance with Terex “Trade Compliance” and audit guidelines
- Review & check pricing, technical specification & Incoterms on customer orders
- Compliance Screening new orders & check export compliance
- Schedule customer Orders by raising internal Purchase orders on multiple factories via TMS Oracle ERP system
- Communicate Sales Order Acknowledgements to Customers
- Liaise with global factories and advise any amendments to original schedules to customers & internal sales team
- Manage & Update the central Build & Despatch schedule and Sales Ledger
- Maintain Monthly Sales, order backlog & FGI Inventory reports for machines
- File & maintain sales export paperwork & dispatch records for machine orders in-line with Terex Sales Order Checklist process
- Consistently provide a professional level of communication flow with international dealers & end-customers both internal & external

Experience & Qualifications:

- Experience in a technical equipment manufacturing business, shipping to a global customer base would be highly desirable
- The ability to work to a high degree of accuracy in preparing/ checking paperwork is essential
- Minimum of GCSE Math and English
- Excellent computer literacy skills -especially proficient in Excel & setting-up pivot tables
- Excellent communication skills across a range of international cultures & businesses
- Experience of working to set timeframes and adhering to financial and Corporate compliance procedures

- Capable to handle and complete multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Able to prioritize work load and quickly establish critical path activities

- Highest level of integrity, honesty and ethics
- Full driving licence and must possess own transport
- Limited in-frequent international travel may be required
