**As a **Finance Administrator **your main responsibilities would be**:

- Data analysis from the charging system
- Banking duties with a finance team which is responsible for a complete revenues and collection service from the raising of invoices to recovery and enforcement using external solicitors.
- Liaising with colleagues and develop relationships with other departments to raise and answer queries.
- Updating daily Excel spreadsheets with information from the bank, reconciling payments and notifying appropriate individuals/departments/external solicitors when payments received.
- Manually inputting information for invoices.
- Notifying external solicitors when payments received through the bank.
- Issuing ad-hoc invoices to FSA customers.
- Managing files within Microsoft SharePoint.

**You’ll have relevant experience in**:

- Organisational skills, including the ability to priorities effectively, work to tight deadlines, and with motivation to manage yourself remotely so that delivery is timely and consistent.
- Communications (verbal and written), numeracy skills, and ability to analyse and report data.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good I.T. skills.

**Essential**
- Experience with Excel at least to Intermediate level.

**Desirable**
- Experience in a finance or accounting department.- Please be aware that this role can only be worked within the UK and not Overseas._
