**PURPOSE OF THE POST**:
To work as part of a team to deliver a wide range of high quality, practical arboriculture and landscape maintenance services in accordance with best practice.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Undertake a wide range of arboricultural operations using associated plant and equipment as instructed by the Senior Arborist

Assist in conducting emergency tree works in addition to scheduled tree maintenance, under the direction of the Senior Arborist

Ensure that all work reporting and recording procedures are followed.

Ensure all machinery, tools and equipment are used appropriately to maintain good and safe working order and take responsibility for the security of equipment whilst on site.

Ensure that good health and safety practice is adhered to by completing and adhering to risk assessments and associated safety documentation

Undertake landscape / horticultural maintenance activities and works when required using appropriate machinery, equipment and tools

Undertake any other duties, as requested by the Green Space Management Team commensurate with the level of the job and the aims of the organisation.
