Here at **MJ Quinn**, we currently have an exciting new opportunity for a **Fleet Administration Team Leader** for the Fleet Administration team to join the business. This position will be based at our Logistics office in Knowsley.

**Your role will include**:

- Raising and following up on non-conformance reports, to ensure that any actions identified, pursued, and resolved.
- Work safely and responsibly within MJ Quinn’s values and operational policies, procedures, and accepted behaviours to avoid harm to yourself, those around you and our neighbours and communities.
- Any ad-hoc duties as requested by the line manager.
- To be responsible for the upkeep of all vehicle records in both paper and electronic format
- Liaising with suppliers to help organise vehicle swaps, repairs and raising associated orders.
- Liaising with both office and field-based operatives on all vehicle related matters
- Maintaining Microsoft 365 departures database, ensuring relevant departments are informed where appropriate.
- Processing of vehicle related fines and charges on-line, creation of event on 365 and subsequent re-charge claim processing.
- Raise purchase orders on SAP for vehicle related expenditure.
- Complaint handling and resolution
- Process insurance claims through the internal systems and liaise with the nominated Insurance Company
- Liaising with suppliers to organise the repair and/or maintenance and servicing of vehicles nationally.
- Completion and recording of Notice of Intended Prosecution forms from national police forces.
- Liaising with the relevant authorities and operatives to settle fines and other vehicle related charges.
- Oversee the professional development of the Fleet admin team.
- Carry out regular performance reviews of the Fleet admin team and provide feedback and plans to aid improvement.

**Experience and requirements**

**Essential**:

- Experience within a Team Leader role previously.
- Experience within the Transport industry.
- Excellent Leadership skills
- Full and valid UK driving licence.
- Proven strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Recent supervisory experience.
- Office admin experience
- Confident communicator, face to face and dealing with telephone queries.
- A solid team player.
- Experience of working in a busy, fast paced environment.
- Have a flexible approach to work and have the ability to be pro-active.

**Desirable**:

- Experience within a Fleet function.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI
- Diploma in Team Leading Level 2
- ILM Level 2 Certificate in Leadership & Team Skills
