The successful Team Administrator will work closely with the EA/Office Manager to support the team, this is a great opportunity for a Creative/ Design lead Administrator.
Hybrid: 1 day WFH
**Salary**: £26-27,000
The role of the Team Administrator will be varied but duties will include:
- Assisting in the creation of professional presentations using InDesign and PowerPoint.
- Liaising with the team and collating time sheets/expenses/forms/invoices, ensuring these are processed and distributed as required.
- Arranging overseas and regional travel and hotel arrangements via online agent.
- Arranging the booking of meeting rooms, video/conference facilities, refreshments, restaurants, taxis etc. and liaising with internal and external meeting attendees.
- Occasional taking of minutes/records of meetings etc.
- Maintaining an electronic filing system consisting of various project and fee files.
- Liaising with clients, contacts and other staff where necessary.
- Proof reading work to ensure consistent accuracy and high standard.
- Understanding the necessity for confidentiality when dealing with client and staff issues.
- Building and maintaining good relationships with Clients and their secretaries as well as within the team.
- Be an experienced administrator.
- Have good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Be advanced in Microsoft Office.
- Have some InDesign experience (desirable) or other Adobe/Creative software.
- Be proactive and organised with a high attention to detail.
- Be able to prioritise own workload with mínimal supervision.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Be able to act on own initiative.
- Have a friendly, polite and helpful manner.
- Be a team player with a flexible "can do" attitude.
