**Purpose of the Job**:
**Key Responsibilities and Tasks**:
Call Management:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

Member Services:

- Manage member insurance reminders
- Contact lapsed members for renewal
- Process membership renewals

Mail and Order Fulfilment:

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and shipments
- Process sales orders received via phone, mail, or website
- Maintain appropriate stock levels and conduct stock checks

Website Administration:

- Monitor and administer the organisation's sales website
- Assist in updating website content as required

Administrative Support:

- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
- Assist the senior administrator with special projects as needed
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations
- Assist in preparing for meetings and coordinating events
- Maintain office organisation and upkeep

Flexibility:

- Take on additional responsibilities and activities as required by the business

**Person Specification**

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- At least two years’ experience of working within an administrative role.
- ‘A’ levels and or equivalent qualification.
- A Secretarial or equivalent qualification would be desirable.

**Associated skills/knowledge/attributes**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A flexible, willing and positive approach to all areas of work
- Able to multitask and prioritise workloads
- Intermediate computer literacy in Word, Excel and Outlook essential
- A basic working knowledge of databases advantageous
- Occasional working outside normal office hours

**Terms and Conditions of Service**

As laid down in the contract. This job description may be amended by management through consultation with the post holder in order to reflect changes in, or to, the job and the development of the Association of Reflexologists.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £22,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
