By taking on this role, you will be responsible for supporting our Membership Plans team by providing exceptional administrative support and in turn allowing us to deliver exceptional levels of service to our clients.

**About the role**

Our Membership Plans Team are responsible for arranging monthly direct debit collections and administering dental and pet care plans on behalf of practices. Due to an upcoming Maternity Leave, we are now seeking an administrator to provide additional support to this expanding division over the next 9-12 months (exact length TBC post interview.)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieve individual objectives and key performance indicators as set and agreed
- Ensure all administration is dealt with in a professional manner and within set service standards. Including but not limited to:

- General plan administration
- Daily post
- Keying
- Auditing
- Client enquiries
- Designated inbox management
- Provide professional support and advice to clients ensuring high levels of service
- Answer and resolve general queries relating to payment plans in a proactive and positive way
- Support with payment plan notifications and reconciliation of payments, including monthly reports and breakdowns
- Maintain and develop own technical competence
- Maintain accurate records and audit trails on all relevant systems
- Contribute towards achievement of team targets

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
