Finance Manager / Operations Manager

**Your new role**
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly engaged leadership and management team, in a key role within their business. Managing the company's finance function, you will be using your management accounting skills to produce forecasting and budgetingreporting, enabling the business to make sound financial decisions.
In this position you can also expect to take ownership of billings, outgoing accounts payable as well as credit control. Your new job will also involve oversight of payroll. This position will also involve close work with an outsourced accountancy provider.
This is a varied role that will give you exposure to strategic decision making, process improvement. As a senior employee on the business you can also play an active role in Recruitment, Training and HR.
Your remit here will also involve commercial skills as you can expect to to be involved in the oversight and management of expenses as well as third party vendors and service providers.
**What you'll need to succeed**
High levels of drive and enthusiasm
Ability to engage with senior management and partner with non-finance stakeholders
Track record of successful delivery in similar sized organisation / role
Ability and appetite to take on a variety of functions
This is an office based position
