We are seeking **Community Support Workers** to join one of our community-based services in Stockport, which aims to provide extensive care, specialist positive behaviour support and promote independence and inclusion within the local community, in order to empower the individuals to take control of their own lives. The main focus is to provide the highest level of support in order to enable greater independence, choice and fulfilment for the individuals.

**Working Pattern **- 37.5 hours (full time) with part time hours also available. Hours worked - 9.00am through to 3.30pm Monday to Friday. Some evening and weekend work is also required which is on a rota. An enhanced payment is paid for weekend hours of **+25% hourly rate.**

**Salary - **£21,255.00 to increase to £21,283.00 from April 2023 (full time salary) plus two-yearly increments. Salary would be pro-rated for part time hours.

**Location - **SDSP, Water Street, Stockport SK1 a Together Trust Service

We are looking to recruit more than one individual and part time working could be considered.

We are looking for **Community Support Workers** who have the ability and resilience to work with behaviour, which may challenge, in a caring and consistent manner, including the maintenance of appropriate boundaries for behaviour.
