**will have experience working within the Transport & Logistics sector.**
You will be working for a rapidly growing logistics company, that operates within the UK and Worldwide. Working within a busy office environment, we are looking for an experienced office administrator that has worked within this sector to handle demand and variety of duties.
- Closing out job files by obtaining POD and any other required information (Purchase orders, references etc), and scanning documents onto the system
- Reviewing routes and suppliers to ensure transport is planned cost effectively
- Ensuring paperwork is filed accurately and in a timely manner
- Managing priorities to achieve desired results and deadlines
- Maintaining driver compliance
**Shift patterns and pay**:
- Monday to Friday - 06:00hrs to 14:30hrs
- Starting from £12.05 per hour PAYE advanced (includes holiday allowance) - Other pay models are available.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills between different departments and drivers.
- Proven experience in a similar position
- MS outlook and MS Office - full proficiency in Word and Excel
- An understanding of KPIs and the importance of monitoring these on a regular basis
- Working within a fast-paced environment
- Using Database systems
