Description

The role of the Inside Territory Account Management is to effectively manage a team of Inside Territory Account Manager, based in the UK, ensuring strict KPIs and process es are follo wed to deliver outstanding contribution results to the business.

**Responsibilities**:
Day to day management of the team to ensure that high activity and results are achieved.

Setting performance KPI s and targets for the team in agreement with management and aligned to Corporate and Regional goals.

Preparation of reports for analysis to aid team performance, to provide results and insight to the Executive and Sales teams.

Conducting regular personal development plans and performance reviews.

Regular and proactive engagement with Sales and Sales Leaders to enable and drive a close relationship, mutual goal direction and best practices.

Working with Sales and Marketing to help shape and define account based marketing strategies on white space accounts.

Coaching and development of outbound team.

Work with management to define and implement ongoing training, incentive and recognition plans.

Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of Fortinet’s technology - and clearly articulate capabilities and advantages to prospective customers to successfully manage and overcome prospect objections.

Consistently meet and exceed opportunity quotas to deliver optimal sales pipeline.

**Skills**:
Significant experience in managing a teams with measurable results into Enterprise customers. Solid understanding of performance management and sales management techniques.

Highly motivated self-starter with competitive personality and strong attention detail.

Team player who possesses a desire and ability to work in a fast paced, goal oriented high growth sales environment.

Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.

Prepared to lead by example.

Education and Experience

2-4 years in focused sales management position in an IT company desired; customer oriented background required (sales, support, customer service).
