- Gi Group Holding working with our National Client Account for Vehicle Logistics is recruiting for an Account Co-Ordinator, site based. Required to work client facing under mínimal supervision managed by the Gi Group Branch to support the ongoing recruitment drive. This is a permanent role and will require an ambitious and experienced person who inspires others and advocates professionalism in all they do.
- The Role:

- You will be responsible for the on-site HR & Personnel Management of the site with 150+ employees working directly on-site with Gi Group. The position is based within our client's premises. You will need to ensure that the Service Level Agreement is kept to and that all KPI's are achieved for the site.
- Reporting to the Branch Manager; the Account Coordinator primary role will be managing the supply of temporary workers to the client. Consistently achieving both financial and activity targets against the agreed KPI's and service levels. Whilst ensuring accurate and timely payroll of the temporary workers for retention and development of the client account.

Main Responsibilities of the Role:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all site stakeholders
- Direction and control of permanent and temporary headcount within your site
- Implementation of regular Training Needs Refresher Training for Gi Staff on-site
- Conduct RTW and Welfare meetings and take minutes
- Ensure appropriate management of temporary labour including; payroll, holiday management, absence management and terminations when necessary.
- Fully understand the culture of the client and their customer with consistent professional behaviour
- Maintain a high level of customer service, being a go-to consistent and reliable representative of Gi Group - this role is client and their customer facing.
- Ensure full conformance to requirement by implementing effective and timely attraction, recruitment and training procedures.
- Resolve any issues arising in a timely manner to the clients satisfaction.
- Ensure that all aspects of the Operations Manual, Service Level Agreement and KPI's are met and exceeded.
- Production of management information on a daily / weekly basis.
- Assist Operations Manager in the collation of Management Information for weekly, quarterly and annual service evaluations.
- Ensure the Operations Manuals at each site are up to date with any changes or amendments.
- Ensure procedures for non-performance, sickness, lateness or attendance issues are adhered to.
- Ensure adequate supplies of PPE and consumables at site.
- Training of temporary workers during daily inductions.
- Various administrative duties.
