Credit Controller - Offices based 5 days per week, £23,000, Swadlincote

The Opportunity
Sapphire Vehicle Services are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our wonderful team based at our head office. This is an integral role to us where you’ll be supporting the branch to manage and support the credit control accounts relationships.
- Minimise over 60 days debt by effectively managing collection activity and account issues
- Processing payments from customers, including cheque and credit card payments
- Data entry and accurate record keeping
- To deal with customer enquiries/disputes and liaise with the sales team and branches to resolve issues.

Experience required
- Experience of working within a credit control role
- Good customer service skills
- Good IT skills (Microsoft word, excel and accounts software such as sage)
- Good organisational skills
