**Learning Support Coordinator**

We are looking for a Learning Support Coordinator to support the Finance leadership team in the co-ordination and monitoring of our Finance Development Programme (FDP), alongside EA duties and general finance administration.

Radius currently supports over 60 students through a programme of learning aimed at developing a strong pool of talent across Finance who will become the next generation of leaders at Radius. This position will give you access to knowledge from across various areas of Radius including; Finance, Talent and Learning & Development. You will also be working closely with, and supporting key stakeholders across each of these areas.

**This role is a brand new role to the business, to support the graduate learners joining Radius. You will have scope to bring new ideas and ways of working to develop this role as your own as our Finance Development Programme grows. We are looking for somebody ambitious, who is looking to make an impact on the learning, development and support of our future finance leaders.**

**What will your day to day be like, as a Learning Support Coordinator?**_._
- Playing a large part in creating a welcoming and informative environment for new graduates joining the programme;
- Managing the mentor scheme to ensure each student has an effective mentor;
- Monitoring and reporting on student progress to the Finance leadership team;
- Ensure Industrial Placements/interns maximise their experience during their placements as a precursor to joining the Finance Development Programme on leaving school or on graduation;
- Supporting Finance Directors with the annual appraisal process;
- Supporting the Talent team in promoting the Finance Development Programme in schools, colleges and Universities and coordination of assessment days, interviews, meet & greets and inductions;
- Planning the annual department rotation cycles alongside our Learning & Development team
- Support on employee inductions;
- Support on employee team building activities, employee communications and organising off-site events.

**What do we expect of you, as a Learning Support Coordinator?**
- You’ll be extremely well organised and have ideally worked in a similar role previously
- Confident Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internet research
- You are a self-starter, able to work independently with mínimal direction taking a proactive approach to the role
- You have a bias for action, are resourceful and able to find opportunities, propose solutions, and drive execution
- You are detail-oriented and passionate about continuous improvement
- You are able to multitask and juggle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a positive, proactive and professional attitude.
